Beth Monts De Oca Owner

Beth has been in a business development role for more than 30 years and a business owner for 13 years.  Her experience includes a long Community Banking career in both Retail and Marketing.  Her consulting firm, Jonathon Morgan Consulting specializes in the Fintech Industry and Small Business Marketing which includes a CPA firm, a Manufacturing Company and various Bank Software Companies.

Beth also specialized in planning and facilitating several types of events during her professional career such as Industry Trade Shows, Corporate Leadership Retreats, Customer Summits, Product/Company Launch Parties & Non-Profit Community Events such as Fiesta Day in Ybor City.

Beth is strongly committed to her community volunteer work through various non profit organizations such as the Ybor City Chamber of Commerce which she was the former Chairman of the Board and serving as Chairperson for the 19th Annual MOSI's Einstein on Food & Wine.  Beth was also a "Business Woman of the Year" Finalist for the Tampa Bay Business Journal and was named one of Tampa's Top Achievers by "In Focus" Magazine.

As a recent Graduate of the University of South Florida, Morgan has excelled at making unique event planning her personal passion!  She with the help of her Mom and Sister-in-Law planned her own wedding which despite the untimely visit of a major hurricane, was absolutely beautiful!

Morgan studied Mass Communications with a focus in Public Relations in college all while working several Internships such as being a Style Guru for

Collegefashionista.com and a Marketing Associate for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay.

In her free time, Morgan and her husband enjoy boating, beaching & playing with their dog Max!  She is a superstar at planning and hosting all types of boutique parties and special occasions for family & friends.  Morgan's passion and creative energy is a perfect reflection in every Celebration.
